Light and Temperature for Orchids

The following table shows the light and temperature requirements for some orchids.

Phalaenopsis Temperature - best at 24°C night and 26°C day. Minimum 18°C night and 22°C day.
Light - for young plants, min. 4,000 lux, max 10,000 lux.
Odontoglossum Temperature - best at 18°C night and 20°C day. Minimum 14°C night and 16°C day.
Light - min. 5,000 lux, max 20,000 lux.
Oncicium Temperature - best at 20°C night and 25°C day. Minimum 16°C night and 18°C day.
Light - min. 15,000 lux, max 20,000 lux.
Miltoniopsis Temperature - best at 18°C night and 20°C day. Minimum 15°C night and 22°C day.
Light - min. 5,000 lux, max 20,000 lux.
Cymbidium Temperature - best at 16°C to 18 at night and 22°C day. Lower temperature when blooming.
Light - min. 4,000 lux, max 50,000 lux.
Zygopetalum Temperature - best at 16°C night and 20°C day. 
Light - min. 6,000 lux, max 20,000 lux.
Paphiopedilum Temperature - best at 20°C night and 23-25°C day. Minimum 14°C night and 16°C day.
Light - min. 5,000 lux, max 10,000 lux.
